Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

For items from our Crowned On Demand Collection (Preorder Items), processing times may take approximately 7–14 business days before shipment due to vendor sourcing and customization.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number to monitor delivery updates.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Classified Crownz is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Lost or Stolen Packages

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Classified Crownz is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Preorder / Crowned On Demand Orders

Items listed as preorder or “Crowned On Demand” are specially sourced after purchase. These items require additional processing time before shipment.

By purchasing preorder items, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing timeframe.

Shipping Delays

During high-volume periods, sales, holidays, or severe weather conditions, shipping times may be delayed.
